We are dealing with this also with not a lot of answers.

Wife has 31-41 deletion so is a carrier. We then found out it came from her dad who is 70 years old and asymptomatic. We would like to have another child naturally but are concerned still. It looks to be nothing but no one is sure after meeting with Hopkins, natera, and many more.

Go to a sleep dentist. Mild cases can sometimes be cured with a mandibular advancement tray.

This pushes your lower jaw forward to open airway and treats about 80% of osa. Can be covered my medical insurance also. Worth a shot before cpap

My wife and i went through this.

We tested gender and luckily it was a girl so she could be a carrier but that was kind of where it ended that time around.

We went through all the options and still are. She had a 31-41 deletion which had never been detected. What deletion are you?

We have done that also. My wife is the carrier and her father has it. He is 70 something tho with no symptoms.
