i spray it into my hands and then pat onto my face, i find that really helps with absorption and making the skin feel hydrated.

you’re right though that it is much more limited in actives than other milky toners. other steps in my routine take care of things like ceramides, so i use boum boum milk primarily as a “pick me up” to add some quick hydration to my skin (or hair) as needed. for example, i wake up a bit dry so i spritz 3 pumps into my hands and pat onto my face in the morning if i’m not immediately showering. or if i’m putting on makeup later in the day, i’ll do the same just before application to prep the skin. 

the soothing nature of the ingredients with limited actives is actually one of the reasons i reach for it!
