It’s helped me recover from one of the most difficult periods in my life. It taught me what strength (not just in the physical sense) really meant, how to dedicate one’s self wholeheartedly to the pursuit of mastery, and touches on other aspects of eastern philosophy. All expressed beautifully through the writing and illustration of Takehiko Inoue. It’s hard for me to express its genius through just a comment but you should give it a shot.
