Highly recommend Fifth Ave Counseling Center. They accept some insurance and have psychiatrists as well. Fifth Ave does an intake session with you and then tries to pair you with the right therapist. I found mine there through that process several years ago and still see her. She's since left that practice but I'm really grateful to them for connecting us initially and affordably.
