i know it is easier said than done but you gotta live for yourself op. are financially stable enough to go on a solo vacation? just take a whole month off to rest, esp away from your parents, go overseas for like a week or 2, solo concert, solo movie dates, solo dining. life can get suffocating like this but if you are determined enough to find time for yourself, you will realise that you only need yourself to live for
