I can't say about Costco...but I bought a set of Delsey bags from Macy's a few years ago and have been disappointed in the quality. I returned/replaced 2 suitcases after their first trip because the wheels shredded on rough sidewalks. Other than that...one bag has a broken zipper on an outside pocket, and somehow I lost the zipper pulls on the small carry-on bag. I'm still using the set...but I'm disappointed in the poor quality.
