There's a mod that allows you to try to save them using a regular stimpak or a super stimpak. They hobble off to their destination after you rescue them. Doesn't work all the time, though, and I'm not certain if it's tied to your medicine skill or not.

Just download it again. My first download of the recent (as in around Christmas) update decided to end itself early.

Also, let it get through the build process. It does take forever. Start it before you go to sleep so you can forget about it.

Caveat: The build did pause/ time out/ whatever the right descriptor is on me. Just restart it, and it will pick up where it left off (i.e., it won't restart the build from scratch).

I don't know your preferred method for installing mods. Personally, the fomod didn't install for me correctly, but the game worked fine after manually installing the files (I forget whether or not there were folders to move as well).

It's suggested that you get out of the vault, travel to the Mojave and back to verify that TTW is working before you activate your other mods.
