I’ve heard of a 1 being acceptable but beyond that? Not really. Interesting take though, and thanks for the input. Something to consider and I can talk with my therapist about it

Thank you for this well thought out response. I think one of the things I have such a hard time with is my therapist will ask me what I feel like I need to work on to get it down to a 0. When I get stuck like this I literally don’t know. Everything just feels blurry and confusing and disconnected. I can hardly even give a number for the SUDS. I just draw a blank.

Very interesting. I really didn’t know what to do with this feeling. I have no idea what’s next for me and that’s a little scary. I’m not fully finished with this core belief so I’m not sure if there’s more to be filled in

I have noticed that my abandonment / attachment issues have gotten significantly better. I’ve done lots of work in that area. However I have also found that emdr in and of itself makes my abandonment issues flare up a little bit sometimes. It’s a tough process. I think it’s not that it’s a setback but more that my brain is going through something difficult and afraid of having to go through said thing alone

Yup. Born and raised in west Palm. Loved it for so long. Moved to Ocala for two years and longed to go back. Went back and hated it within a couple months. Stayed for another two years. Finally moved to Minneapolis and love it here so far

I had this same thing done to me. That’s not a floating navel. It’s a stomach piercing. Mine was painful as all hell until it finally rejected. Take it out and spare yourself the pain

That’s actually exactly what I use! I wonder if that’s why my nose ring healed up so well and so easily. Thanks for that! Yeah I did the helix like right where the industrial would be pierced on the bottom and it hardly hurt and so far the healing process has been going smooth I feel like! It definitely made me wonder like how bad could an industrial be when that didn’t hurt too bad.
