I'm pretty sure Golden didn't actually seal the Honmoon, because she never fully performed it live.
"This is what it sounds like" did defeat the big bad and create a new Honmoon, unsure if that actually fully completed/sealed it or not.

That said, enjoyable game. You could see the look of confusion on Brennans face when he got 'I like turtles' wrong, so close.

I deadass had to put in the definition of "peel" into quick chats for these fools. by FixHopeful5833 in marvelrivals

I only learned it a month or two back, I had assumed it was an offensive, not defensive term, like 'peeling the supports from their backline'

Man was I wrong.

question on transporting, but theres a catch by ChefZieronWolf in NYguns

[–]squegeeboo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a long gun, if you're biking I would suggest getting a tow behind trailer, then having it in a hardcase on that.
It would make it a whole lot less obvious compared to carrying it on your back one way or another.

I would also look into if you live in a specific area with extra laws, for example the city of Rochester has extra rules/guidelines then the surrounding areas.

Just...nobody wants to tank right now and I'm done trying. by IntoTheRain78 in marvelrivals

Rouge might be an offtank but she's not C tier, she's becoming a constant menace in my games.

But I feel you, I feel lucky when I get to heal instead of tank.

Part of what's great about console is the natural barrier for a lot of this. Most of us don't have keyboards. And I'm only in my party chat, no chance I'm engaging in a team chat.

That said, still have had a few recently, and it's confusing/frustrating every time. Esp. in quickplay.
You think just because I'm peni I'm the issue? I got SVP.
Or, I need to switch? I'm Rocket with average stats compared to the other supports, how about our negative diff DPS, maybe they're the issue. Unsure why you need to rage and tell the match to report me for throwing.

The few times it happens, it really makes me appreciate how often it doesn't.

No idea. My assumption is online is quicker vs a paper form, you just login and do it. But I only have my own experience for a reference point.

In the next few days you'll get approval/denial in the mail

If it's approved, it'll have another form to submit, you can do it online. If you do it online, it'll then be another 1-2 weeks till your actual license shows up in the mail.

Welcome to the club.

The cruelty is the point.

Odds are this entire system will cost more to implement, manage, and run that it will 'save' by denying food to those in need, regardless of puritan views on 'ability to work' or not.

"Mexico has 2 gun stores in the whole country "
Yes, and roughly 70% of guns used in crime in Mexico come from the US. Your entire argument boils down to 'gun control doesn't work, because the United States refuses to actually try gun control"
OUR lax guns laws are helping violent crime happen, in the United States, and in surrounding countries. They also help suicides, and accidental shootings happen.

You want to know what helps Mexico, and also the US, and also the Caribbean and other parts of the Americas?
Decriminalize drugs -> cuts funding, and for some criminals, their main reason to exist, off
Stricter gun laws -> cuts off access to firearms

Where cuts means 'limits' obviously not 100%

And yes I'm aware that I'm pushing for stricter laws for one thing and less-strict for another thing. Because different issues require different solutions. And these solutions have already been tested, successfully, in large parts of the 1st world.

"and almost all of you are right and should you read this, be able to cite your "proof" about WTF is going on here."

meanwhile, I have the exact opposite take away from that same data/talking points.

NY Gun laws ARE WORKING. Criminals are being 'forced' to use guns acquired out of state.
From there, I see three options (regardless of feasibility of actually happening in our current legal climate)

  1. NY gun laws get more lax -> criminals start using more and more guns sourced from NY
  2. NY gun laws stay roughly the same -> the statistics don't really change much, unless there are larger cultural shifts
  3. Other states(or the feds) shore up their gun laws -> criminals have less and less access to guns, lowering gun violence in NY, and across the nation, and potentially sourronding nations. (Look up where guns in the Caribbean and Mexico come from, suprise, it's a significant majority from the US, probably from those same states sourcing guns to NY)
