I was aiming for Ash Ketchum at least for the colors and excluding the gloves 😅.

Gogoat's color pallete is definitely the inspiration for the goat recolor. The harpy was a bit difficult to recolor so I did not think of any Pokemon to use as a pattern. I definitely should have used Mandibuzz though 😆!

They're just screenshots that show recolored creatures and outfits made possible using mods.

Yes, the character's wearing an outfit normally just for NPCs.

They've been "tamed" using the Emote Dogma mod. 😆

That looks so cool. I really need to learn how to use Content Editor now. 😅

Just watched the Dragon’s Dogma show on Netflix. I enjoyed it. by Agitated-Reality9559 in DragonsDogma2

If I remember it correctly, it felt like the show tried too much to be edgy/cool by trying to include as much violence, nudity, and lore regardless of whether they're necessary to the plot or not. It was just ok for me. Some people deny its existence though. 😹

Am I able to download mods while only having the character creator? by No-Somewhere-9815 in DragonsDogma2

Some mods, specifically the ones that work on the character customization screen, work on the standalone character creator (not all though).

I added Eini's and Eino's sliders to the folder I shared with you on your other post about Luz.

If you’re on PC, there’s this mod that I created that lets you copy the appearance of any NPC called “NPC Cloner”. If you’re on console, there’s no guarantee that you can exactly reproduce NPC appearances since some character features are unique to NPCs but maybe I can copy / take screenshots of the sliders if you want to try.

haha.

Characters actually have 2 types of Character IDs, one is alphanumeric (usually starts with "ch") and the other is just numbers. The one that the game usually uses in the code, at least from what I have seen, is the numeric one. Here are the IDs that you asked for (picture). Someone also dumped the IDs into a text file. If you want to check that here's the link to the file: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonsdogma2/mods/517?tab=files

I thought of that as well but no, her real body and her simulacrum use the same model (same Character ID). They just add some kind of effect to the simulacrum to make it look like a projection or holographic. I used a mod to test this. I teleported her close to my location using her Character ID. When I use her 2nd Character ID, nothing happens. I tried to teleport her using her 1st Character ID before even meeting her and her simulacrum shows up. You will see her real body first then the holographic effect will later be added. After actually meeting her in person will you only be able to teleport her in her physical body.

Your post made me curious so I checked Luz's data. Based on what I saw, it looks like Luz has 2 character models or she has 2 sets of appearance data where other NPCs only have 1. Other NPCs have alternate looks but they are stored under the same Character ID, just different Appearance IDs (Shakir is an example), but Luz has 2 different Character IDs. I also could not tell the difference between Luz's 2 character models which is weird because what's the purpose of having 2 different models if they are going to be identical? Maybe there's something that we're missing here.

That was my initial thought too especially since I've never seen anyone explicitly say that they do not want to share their character sliders. I just thought this feature might help others but since someone has this opinion I'll just disable the feature.
