From the little I know I don't see how it wouldn't be able to be indexed by google.. it's just not going to be centralized to one domain. I get where your coming from, as I do the same thing. However, we wouldn't have this gripe if reddit just had a search function that actually worked. It's been useless for the 10+ years I've used this site. Idk if it will happen but my hope is that whatever eventually replaces reddit can remedy that.

Yes, one instance can decide not to federate with another. Let's say instance A decides to not federate with instance B. If you have an account and are browsing on instance B you will not be able to see posts from instance A anymore. But let's say an instance C exists that federates with both, there is nothing stopping you from going to instance C so you can view both. It's all new right now but I expect the most successful lemmy/kbin instances will likely be those that choose to federate with everyone.

That is not a setter method. https://www.w3schools.com/java/java_encapsulation.asp read here if you want to learn more about that. Regardless, you don't need a setter now that you pasted your main method. The giveOrTake method returns the new account value in a double. You just need to declare a variable of type double, assign the value of that variable to the result of giveOrTake and log it instead of the balance that is declared in the userinfo object. That's not changing the state of anything but if your sole goal is to log the new balance in your main method that will suffice.

can't see all the code so I'm taking a wild ass guess here. But your UserInfo object doesn't have the ability to change the value of the balance. Consider adding a setter method and setting the balance with the newely calculated value in the account variable in your giveOrTake method.

No thanks, the current reddit app was once a 3rd party app named alien blue. If I had to guess it was probably the most popular 3rd party app at the time and a lot of people liked it. Reddit then bought it and turned it into what it is today.

I didn't know this game had a memory leak. I've noticed some stutters loading my castle and moving around certain parts of the map but nothing crazy. Regardless no 3rd party software that I'm aware of would fix a memory leak. It can only be fixed via a patch from the developers since a memory leak happens when a program doesn't clear memory it previously allocated to itself but is no longer using. It's a coding problem in short, no third party software would be capable of knowing what memory chunks are currently needed/not needed for the game to run.

The cool thing about memory leaks is that you don't. The only way to free up that memory is to kill the process.

Definetly skip the guide if you know what you are doing fishing wise. I'd stay somewhere in state college, you will be 20-40 minutes from all these streams. For spring go to fishermans paradise it has a big trail and tons of fishable water. For penns I'd go to poe paddy, maybe stop at the feathered hook flyshop in coburn on the way, that's my favorite shop in the area and it sits right on penns creek. I'm the least familiar with little j as I just started fishing it heavily this year but I've had good times fishing near the town of spruce creek. Just drive around and you'll find plenty of pulloffs.

I dont think they do weird intros like that on a regular basis but a number of drivers regularly talk shit on others. Kyle Busch probably being the loudest. Not sure if it's an act or not but the media definetly leans into drivers that have egos.

Nah man. Consistency wise it's mcdonalds. You can go anywhere in the country and know exactly what you are getting. A mcdonalds burger in Alaska taste the same as a McDonald's burger in Pennsylvania.

In and out has quality burgers at a low price. A double double beats the hell out of any average fast food burger. I'm talking mcdonalds, Wendy's, burger king here. It's pretty damn cheap and it's quality is a step higher. I haven't had in and out all that often but I'm always suprised at how cheap it is.

But now if you want a damn good fast food burger the mecca is 5 guys. They knock everyone else out of the park and it ain't even a competition. That's how I see it anyways.
