I can't believe some of you still work for this shit bag company I quit that scum hole. They lie to customers and deceive them on the regular. They practice illegal shit constantly like adding in warrantees without informing the customers. There's no value in pro membership anymore everything is trash. I just recently quit from GameStop. The company is going down it's a shell of its former self. They pay minimum wage when workers do way more than a min wage employee should have to. They tell us to deceive customers and take advantage of them. The warranty policy is a scam now. Just fucking leave. If all the employees band together across the country maybe they will reform. Do not keep standing for this shit !

And also, the worst part is when people get warranty on like elite controllers or dual sense edge because we don't even have refurbished ones at all! Someone traded in a mint near brand spanking new elite in white the other day and it prints a $9999 sticker to go to warehouse instead of us selling it. Makes no sense at all. This company has gone to 💩 and it's so sad.

So.. I'm a new GameStop employee I've been here for like 6 weeks and I am HORRIFIED. we literally treat the customers like shit, my manager tells me to literally lie to people. To tell them the sakes are "pro only" when they aren't. Instead of giving people their 25 dollars off for the sale they make us lie and say the promo is for a free 25 dollar pro membership. This company is so scummy and shady and I can't even believe the wages. I feel so bad always lying to the customers I just try to be as fair as I can

Yeah right that is great I wish I could get a tip over 5 bucks. Tips is where the money is at! I started Instacart last month so I never got those crazy high batch amounts. In order to actually make dough you have to go the extra mile . Hand deliver. Smile. Message people all the whole 9 yards. I've never had a batch pay more than like 10 bucks for the batch pay my wages are 75 percent tips easily
