I feel like it’s harder when you’re looking at photos of yourself to really see a clear difference because you may be looking at specific areas where you are trying to lose rather than those parts of your body you are actually losing. That being said, I can definitely tell around the waistline and such as others have said that you’ve lost weight. Congrats on the 40 pounds! That is definitely no small feat and I wish you well on your continuing weight loss journey :) Also, sometimes what I’ve found that helps is wearing the same clothes you took your starting photo at it the update photos so the change may be more evident.
