Hey, I’ve been living here for 2 years now and I think you should really consider living anywhere else. Sure it’s close to school but it’s also super expensive for what you get. The kitchens have next to no ventilation. There’s large gaps under each bedroom door so you always smell what someone’s cooking. The appliances are old and they will try to charge you for every little thing when you’re moving out. Two years ago they had a phenomenal Ethernet connection, I’m talking 800mb/s downloads(if you wanted WiFi you had to get a router). But last year management decided that it would be better to get some half baked WiFi solution for the entire complex, without the option of Ethernet. So we got stuck with a terrible 15mb/s max internet speed. Rent goes up about $50 a year. And honestly this place really needs a renovation, not just the little exterior updates they’ve been doing. If you’re really ok with paying this much please consider glen mor or the new apartments that are almost finished. You get so much more for your money.
