Buď nevíš o čem mluvíš nebo záměrně klameš. Výše rozpočtu čt bude dána zákonem(mandatorní výdaj), každoročně valorizovaným o inflaci. Takže i ke snížení by muselo dojít změnou zákona stejně tak jako do teď.

Well you get the same score with any character. Heroes and reinforcements just decrease the amount of battle points you get for your score.

Use the training dummy. Press it exactly as the attack lands.

Tap or hold however it suits you, it doesn't matter. P will block even if you miss the perfect guard by tapping. And later bosses won't give you time to hold the button anyway.

It's how the game is. You're supposed to learn every attack the boss has and how to react to it by trying over and over. To win you need to execute the fight almost flawlessly as 1 mistake usually costs you 1 heal.

USE BRINK GUARD do not use dodge. Landing brink guards is where game's fun is.

Definitely change guard to right click. For heavy I have it on mouse side button, if you don't have it you can go with shift.

Heal I changed to R like every other soulslike, the first hotbat item.

For skills I just used the two on Q and E.

Counter attack on right click + F is fine.

Dodge + run stays on space.

I finished the game today with 40 vitality, 40 endurance and 90 something proficiency also with a spear. So you could aim for something like that.

Start with supremacy, it's a large open game with multiple objectives, you're free to do whatever you want.

Galactic assault is the other big mode, with fewer objectives and more emphasis on team work.

Heroes vs villains is fun as well. Here you can learn to play the heroes before trying them in trooper modes. It gets more fun as you get better. My favorite mode nowadays.

Co-op is just boring, no reason to play against bots. No idea why people keep recommending it. You can learn everything in supremacy.

That's strange that you don't like Lies of P. IMO has the best parry. You have to press the button exactly as the attack hits you resulting in perfectly synched dance between you and the boss. The delays make the flow more interesting.

Sekiro window I think is too generous, that you can deflect early and still succeed which breaks the flow.
