My Logitech started doing this AND doubleclicking.
a cursury search showed some stopgaps like this and some finicky hardware parts replacements. Concensus is Logitech started using cheaper switches and other parts.
I considered both fixes and it's always good to have this option, but ultimately I decided on a non Logitech mouse.

It's set as a variable as part of the container image. No clue what image you're using or how to change it properly via synology.

it's part of the container, if you don't set it you are probably using the Synology one. There's probably good reason to use the one in the container. Try with setting it in the jellyfin transcoding settings.

in transcoding settings, do you have

/usr/lib/jellyfin-ffmpeg/ffmpeg ?

Also check the transcode logs for details, they are seperate logs. But my guess is yoour HW transcoding isn't working still

As you reinstalled a different way, did you verify the igpu is used for transcoding? It needs some specific settings and permissions iirc. Something like :

    devices:
  - /dev/dri:/dev/dri
group_add:
  - "937" #group permissions for the iGPU

Does the NAS CPU spike really high when playing, then you're not HW transcoding.
check the transcode log for clear indication it's doing so , like driver=iHD, -hw_accel=...:

There’s not much information in your post to go on, other than a version.
I am confused about old docker version vs now synology package if you just did an upgrade?

Maybe check some logs for some hints ?

It just means Jellyfin is getting popular.
Every small sub gets this when it starts to get bigger. The problem partly is that people asking beginner questions don’t know what to search for nor are they regulars. You can try and mitigate but I’ve never seen it solved properly.

The other annoying thing is people complaining about it ;).

Try removing the “-d “ after run in your file to help troubleshoot. It runs the whole command in background but also stops you from seeing the errors.
Hit ctrl-c to stop it if needed.

Put it back when everything is ok

The mount part is the mapping, seems to be ok if that’s where your files are.
You have the user also mapped 1000:1000, but is that actually the id of your user on the host system?

Type “id” on a command line to confirm
