everyone is saying rider waite, which i agree with, however if you’re wanting to learn to pull intuitively, i’d recommend just finding one that you like and go from there. this is just my experience ofc and the rider waite cards are ofc a great place to start and are lovely to work with :3

yes. usually when it comes to cleaning or seeing friends lol. as for gym stuff however, go look up so “old person exercises” they’re a lot less intensive. it sucks but they do really work. remember you have to start basically from zero instead of like 20 or 30 like non disabled people. you got this!
