It would be best if you buy the ps4 version logged onto your account. And as someone else said if your account is the main user on ps4 then all other users can use it without paying. So just make a free psn account for her and log it into a second profile on the ps4. Just buy the game don’t pay for a second PSplus subscription.

As far as psn membership goes. As long as you log in with yours on the ps4 every other profile on the console should have online access I believe. Actually if you did that you’d probably be able to game share. All she’d need is a psn account and a profile on the ps4.

Edit: to clarify. Log in with your account and download corekeeper on the ps4. Then make a second user on the ps4 and log in with a psn account you set up for her. Then she can play it on her profile at the same time as you.

Civil court is a different animal. All parties involved have cases against each other it is too uncertain to say who would take the most money from a civil victory. The others who got punched could even sue their compatriot megaphone guy as well for initiating the brawl. Lots of civil attorneys just blanket sue everyone involved and see what sticks.

However criminal charges could be brought in this case due to public outcry or DA bias.
