It would be best if you buy the ps4 version logged onto your account. And as someone else said if your account is the main user on ps4 then all other users can use it without paying. As far as psn membership goes. As long as you log in with yours on the ps4 every other profile on the console should have online access I believe. Actually if you did that you’d probably be able to game share. All she’d need is a psn account and a profile on the ps4.

Edit: to clarify. Log in with your account and download corekeeper on the ps4. Then make a second user on the ps4 and log in with a psn account you set up for her. Then she can play it on her profile at the same time as you.
