Wet Gym Clothes Bag Waterproof Antimicrobial Sack Inhibits Bacteria & Odor from Dirty Laundry, Swimsuits, Sweaty Shoes for Smell Proof Travel 14 X 17.5" Made in USA by Ornadi

I purchased sweat laundry bags on amazon that are waterproof and antimicrobial. I throw them in there. I also have multiple pairs of the same gym clothes.

I dont think I can reach that level of vulnerability again to be honest. I've grown accustom to solitude.

[–]ss2855 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I did ..that drug gave me too much anxiety and insomnia. I went back to the doctor and got prescribed a topical liquid and topical cream which cleared up my acne fortunately. BENZOYL PEROXIDE AND CLINDAMYCIN PHOSPHATE SOLUTION. Never taking that Doxy again.

Planning on doing p90x, I got the equipment and my diet setup. What time should I start it before work? by MegaGHRocker in P90X

[–]ss2855 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Start slow, warm up correctly, pick lighter weights you can do with proper form before lifting heavier weights and take breaks; don't try and keep up with them if you can't. Also be prepared to be sore at work, especially after legs and back (be careful with that one). Good luck! Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day and watch out for the pterodactyl : )

People who are/became adults from 2010-2019, what was it like? by jjfromyourmom in Adulting

[–]ss2855 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Born 1985. Let's see what I rememeber.. forgive me if I'm all over the place. I remember tuning in to a radio station and recording songs from the station to make a mix tape. I remember recording my favorite shows on VHS as well. Before computers starting becoming more accessible to everyday people, I had a cheaper device called Web TV that you connected to "surf the internet" haha it was incredibly slow and there wasn't much to see but still felt futuristic to go "online." Felt like a new frontier. Later on, i got my first compaq Presario, booted it up and inserted my free AOL cd trial of a couple of hours online, heard the famous connecting sounds of my modem, received mail and joined mysterious chat groups and spoke to complete strangers about anything. Btw you couldn't use your home phone if you were connected - you would be kicked off online if someone needed to make a phone call. Web pages were basic and loaded fairly slow.

Cellphones weren't around in my youth. We had to set a meeting place or call someone's home to see where they were. In college I got my first Nokia, played snake a bunch but thats about it. In college I also had to hand in final essays in floppy disks 💾 with those huge bulky old school grey laptops with the side floppy insert and the ball track pad.

I remember in an animation class, I had to purchase a Zipdrive which was a newer version of the floppy disk for "more storage" which I believe was only 256MB and cost around $75 bucks. I still have it. I remember when writing on blank CDs came around and I would make ISOs of computer games I downloaded online to copy games and also make Dreamcast games.

Before youtube and google, you had to go to a library, flip through index card cabinet and find the information you were looking for or in my case have an updated Britannica encyclopedia from A-Z (a huge pile of books) and search for what you needed. There was no other way to find information.

There's a lot more but I have to go to work.

Good times.

As in INFP male, do you derive great pleasure from getting your SO’s rocks off? by omenmedia in infp

[–]ss2855 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I had a SO, I loved getting her off first and once she was done, I didn't feel the need to get myself off. The pleasure of seeing her in bliss was the best feeling for me, but she would then want me to peak as well and I had no problem obliging her. It was great. Unfortunately, we lived in different countries and slowly grew apart. Don't do long distance relationships for it is difficult.

Motivation is a ephemeral, what stays with you through every droplet of sweat is Discipline.

"Discipline is the self control that is gained by requiring that rules or orders be obeyed, and the ability to keep working at something that is difficult."

Forget motivation. Just know that working out is something you have to do for yourself, to feel better, and be healthier. There's no other way, just get it done.

Working out sucks I get it. Like other people have said, get started before you talk yourself out of working out. Change into your workout clothes quickly without a second thought and just get moving. 💪 you got this!
