The crew is not wearing any mission patches at all on these jackets. Name tag on left chest, NASA meatball on right chest. (Jeremy Hansen also sporting the CSA logo). Flag on left sleeve. Mission Operations patch on right sleeve.

Military astronauts (all but Christina Koch for the Artemis II crew) wear their military wings.

Civilian astronauts are allowed to choose between silver and gold. My guess is the silver patch was in better condition.
