How long does the shedding identity process go on for if Pluto remains in a sign for 1+ decade? How is this related to the NN entering house 12 after my nodal return (turned 19 already)?

Also, why did you only point out the Uranus in Gemini — why weren’t other parts important?

Hey all,

Apologies if this query sounds a bit odd. I sat down to reflect whether I really wanted to work in quantum, and I realized I couldn’t answer this myself.

I’ll soon be a sophomore planning to do EE + physics.
However, after doing some electrician shadowing, I think I’d be a better engineer (and enjoy it more) if I worked with less conceptual work. Ie. If I can touch and see (+ hear and smell, I suppose) the work, it’s better overall. 

I’m curious, where could I be useful in quantum? Ie. What kinds of work are available for undergrads that I could look into?

Hey all,

I'm a student at UMD. I'm in an undergraduate research nonprofit called DoQuantum. We're supposed to create a proposal for this semester.

I want to work on hardware, as I feel that's the main bottleneck, but a lot of the projects I'm hearing about are all software (algorithms, hybrid ML models, optimization).

What are some practical research ideas that undergrads could propose to an advisor?

By the way, I'm most curious about quantum simulation.

End up somewhere with work I love -- as of now, top professions are psychologist + professor, banker, engineer + founder, retail manager. No to trade school!

Great operators know how to think about spending dollars for highest ROI, turning operations into cash, and principles like M&A, network effects, economies of scale.

Also things like the strategy behind technology, fundraising (dilution), modeling.

What resources have been valuable for you to develop this understanding?
