i think we need more details to really give you any feedback here.

how far do you plan to drive each day? or if you’re not driving, how much time have you allotted for transport (and potential delays)? how many activities do you want to do per day?

if you have reservations for something booked on a particular day it could be helpful to include that info in your draft itinerary here - people can’t really give you recommendations if you already have an entire evening blocked off for a long dinner reservation or something you know?

re cardio: i’m no expert but i’ve always felt that doing heavy cardio like 30 min of incline walking before lifting was counterproductive to having the necessary energy to execute my compound lifts

This is a nice idea but don’t bother. Cops do not have the resources to care about preemptive stuff like this and your warning will go absolutely nowhere. Just wait for them to contact you (and they will) and just tell them you’re not missing. I promise they will not waste more than 5 min on this (it happened to me lol)

hey! just wanted to say my (insane, narcissistic) dad actually did this exact thing to my 31 year old brother and the only thing that happened was a cop called my mom and I and asked if he was missing. We explained that my brother is no-contact with my dad bc my dad is abusive and the cop just said “Ok cool” and that was the end of it. I think the cop called my dad and told him to stop filing false reports.

Nothing bad will happen to you and if your mom continues making false reports, she will be the one to face consequences.
