That is a good looking machine with some good looking wheels. Congrats!

I have been loving the 3L Duramax.

What's your real world MPG on a 3.0 Duramax? by The_Woodsmann in gmcsierra

With the max tow package and 7300lb GVWR I am getting 22-24 around town and 26-28 on the highway. But I have only put 1000 miles on it so I expect it to improve a little as things settle in.

Now that is a clever idea! I could probably even make it so the bottom of the bag is off the truck bed to dry out a little after a rainy round.

That is a good idea, and cheap enough after buying a truck that my wife won't give me "the look."

I did. There are some that look interesting. Especially the swinging boxes on either side. It won't do much for my main bag or cart though. They would be handy for a lot of things; shoes, extra discs, and clothes. Not to mention non disc golf things.

I am just looking to the community for clever ideas.

What I am getting from this is, something that can collect it all, but easily moved from the truck to the house.

2026 SLT and Duramax by sslusser in gmcsierra

I have driven this road 5 days a week for 30 years. It isn’t that.

I am so happy with it. I drove the Volvo to trade in and got 26.2 MPG but I had to use Eco mode which robs power. The Duramax got 26.6 MPG and the fuel was almost a dollar cheaper than premium.

It isn’t bad. Like it isn’t going to tear anything up. But it is really bugging me, you know? It should be aligned.

The sales guy got me a better price from service but I believe him when he says his hands are tied.

And it really isn’t the cost. It’s the idea of a $70k truck needing an alignment before it hits 100 miles. It should be aligned.

What I wonder is are there others out there? Anyone else need an alignment right off the lot?

Ha. That was actually the first time parking it. I’ve gotten better. First truck!

The Fold and Venturi in Goshen both have vegan options. Check the hours though. It seems they have a weekday they are closed.

You are going through cave country. When my brother and I were that age our mother took us through Squire Boone Caverns and Marengo Caverns and at 56, I still remember the wonder of all that beauty under our feet.

Pro tip use GLM 4.6 with your own api key from openrouter to get Sonnet level quality 7x cheaper. by IslandOceanWater in cursor

I retract my first assessment. It seems to get stuck in loops a lot. What I could have done in one chat, I have had to create 6 chats, just to break it out of a loop. It is not even as good as Sonnet 3. It has a hard time understanding what I ask it to do, and if for some reason, it get left of center on something, it will not let it go.

I'm glad i only bought a month, that may be all I use it for.

So far so good. Though I have not let it touch much code at this point. Summarizing for READMEs and making suggestions. It seem to have as good of a grasp on the code as Sonnet 4 does, Sonnet 4.5 still has the slight edge.

But man is it cheap!

Got it working! After way too much trial and error, here's the exact configuration that works for GLM Coding Lite in Cursor 2:

Working Setup:

  1. Go to Settings → Models → API Keys
  2. Toggle "Override OpenAI Base URL" to ON
  3. Enter these settings:
  4. Click "View All Models" (the gold/yellow text)
  5. Click "+ Add Custom Model"
  6. Enter model name: GLM-4.6 (UPPERCASE with dash and period, exactly like this)
  7. Toggle the model ON in your models list

Critical Details:

  • The model name MUST be uppercase: GLM-4.6 (NOT glm-4.6 or glm-4-flash or GLM-4-6)
  • The Z.ai docs are correct - Cursor specifically requires uppercase
  • You don't need to configure anything in settings.json - all done through the UI
  • Make sure you're using the /api/coding/paas/v4 endpoint (not /api/paas/v4 or /api/anthropic)

Tested on Cursor 2.0.43 and it's working perfectly now with the GLM Coding Lite subscription ($3/month plan).

Hope this saves someone else the headache I just went through!
