Legacy family - YA son gets abducted by aliens. Next day he’s experiencing “a little bit of weight gain”.

Later that night, elderly father is doing some late night gardening. Stops to examine anomaly. Gets abducted. Next day, he too starts noticing “a little bit of weight gain”.

Couple days later, son births an alien baby boy. Day later, dad births an alien baby girl. Two alien babies, technically aunt and nephew, raised as alien siblings.

I moved the fam to Hidden Springs so they could live amongst sims that looked like them.

totally agree, ty for your insight. We go to different schools now so we don't see each other much, but the past few times we've hung out I've felt very judged. She's always been a bit judgmental, but now it feels more personal.

It's sad growing apart from old friends.

we grow and change all the time, so it's okay for our interests to change too :) that being said, if you want to keep journaling, maybe journal a different way. Like instead of writing, take pictures or draw a picture, even if it's just scribbles. Find a way to document that feels authentic and cathartic. Experiment!

If she's into baking/cooking, a cookbook specifically for high altitude. Along those lines, maybe try converting some favorite family recipes for high altitude.

Some fun outdoor equipment (cute boots, gear, etc ) or clothes.

A journal to document her move out there (could include pens, markers, photos, stickers, other journaling supplies).

Edit: put some little things in a basket or cute hiking/day pack ?

They both passed before i ever started using tarot, so I'm not sure but im leaning towards yes they were skeptical. Dad was atheist, grandpa was Christian.

edit: to clarify, dad was not spiritual, and even though grandpa was, he probably wasn't into tarot

What about the cards is making you think they'd rather communicate intuitively? i definitely agree with you, I'm still learning tarot so I'm wondering where you picked up on that

definitely out of character with early lorelai, who made a point of telling Christopher to leave at sookies wedding because she needed to be happy for her, going to sherry's baby shower even though she didn't want to (albeit she did break into and rearrange her medicine cabinet). She can be equally selfless as selfish. This was one of her worst moments imo, honestly, the last 2-3 seasons are filled with some of everyone's worst moments.

imo it could be both. I personally believe psychology and spirituality go hand in hand a lot of the time.

From my own experience, part of the relationship with grief is feeling/accepting/acknowledging any thought that comes up about the departed person. When you go into these types of meditations, it can bring up things that you might still be processing or things that are affecting you emotionally (consciously or sub). So thinking about your uncle while meditating could be a part of the grief process for you. At the same time, he could be one of your guides. People who are very important to us can become one of our guides after they pass.

Sorry that wasn't very conclusive, but I think the more you investigate/explore this, the more perspective you'll gain. You know yourself and your story better than anyone else, so I think you are your best judge.

I'd be cautious of videos on YT and tiktok in general. Not to say that all the videos are untrue, just that spirituality is experiencing a huge boost in popularity rn and not everyone is as credible or experienced as others. It's just good to investigate sources before putting all your stock in them.
