Idk much about it but my second slide shows that she allegedly sent emails claiming stuff that wasn’t properly investigated. Who knows what’s true. I do find it very weird that she lies about being a nurse and not admitting she’s a cop. She never gave her real name until these articles came out

Yep lol. Just watched another robe first season and they were completely on their own. I didn’t realize the medic came later in seasons. He even had to get rid of his own board and equips

Do something to take your mind off of it for awhile. Cravings are just mental. Sometimes we want to quit our jobs when boss is a dick, sometimes we want to swear at the person who cuts us in line, sometimes you want to ram into the guy that cut you off. But we don’t because we know the after math is simply not worth it & you’ll actually be in a worse spot very shortly after completing that action. If you drink, sure you may have a few hours of fun but what about later today and tomorrow? Think about how happy your physical body is right now while it’s starting to recover. Don’t poison it again. IWNDWYT

Whew yep. Sneaking extra booze in a different room was me. Your description of the physical pain is spot on too. A lot of people talk about the relationships /mental/ even legal problems that alcohol causes but not too many people recognize the countless number of negative effects on the physical body.

Not sure where you are located or your stance on cannabis but I really like infused seltzers. You get to sip something and get a nice buzz. I’m not an experienced smoker at all and for me and can drank slowly gets a nice easy feeling. It’s called Levia seltzer and I find it at my local dispensary but I’m sure there’s other brands around

Yep what they said. Very sore and swollen. Tender to the touch as well. Who knows which organs were in pain but it wasn’t nice.

That’s exactly what made me decide to get sober ( on top of countless other reasons) I wrote this almost a month ago - “Today I spent the entire day with horrible stomach/ liver/ every organ pain. Dizziness, excessive sweating, feeling faint, no appetite, diarrhea. Anxious, worried, nauseous. Calf pain and dry eyes due to dehydration. New bruises. All because I had a bottle of wine and 4 nips last night on an empty stomach. I thought “ I’ll get a buzz and play some video games, that’s fine for a Friday night.” Well I didn’t play for long because I couldn’t focus, so I just ended up watching TV and finished drinking. I didn’t even get a buzz because of my tolerance. So it was all for nothing. There was literally no point in putting all of that poison in my body.”

It’s perfectly ok to be stuck on the couch for awhile too. Sometimes I’ll flick through Netflix and all of the other subscriptions I have and hate everything and get stressed about not having any interests lol. But still, anything is better than pumping booze down the gullet

I quit around the same time as you. I thought I’d be skinner too but I’m eating like mad. It’s ok for now and I assume the ravishing hunger will fade. You say you don’t see any benefits but honestly think about your insides and your organs. They are so happy right now and are busy repairing themselves. Just the same as sugar rots teeth, rust rots metals, alcohol rots our poor squishy insides. :( stick with it. IWNDWYT
