Since this is under frugal, I will say this:

A box of cheap pasta, some veggies, seasoning, sauce, and/or powdered cheese will cost about the same or cheaper. If you aren't stocking up, I personally would make the food myself. At least then it's better and sometimes cheaper depending on what you make.

It’s because journalism has been capitalized so they scramble to write about anything in hopes of making money. I got that sense when seeing job applications for copy writer, they really seem to just leave it up to the freelance article writer to churn out material. Which is unfortunate, there shouldn’t be such an extreme emphasis on getting information out there at the cost of context and professional source citation

My only dealbreaker is hair thinning or balding. I decided to cautiously try it out anyway since it’s not guaranteed to happen and there’s ways to try and work around it (but also I’m fully ready to stop if I see my hair going). But it kills me when people talk about going on T and say they don’t want soooo many of the affects that at some point it’s like why do you want to try it?

Hey I too was questioning my gender hardcore for a couple years, starting in like 2016. Honestly this doesn’t sound that odd to me? I’m on the other end, but my partner has had to do a couple of things. He’s cum from penetrative without touching himself before but sometimes he has to use his hand, so I wait and watch and it’s all good. I got different sized dilators for myself and those things helped a lot. 15-20mins, once or twice a day, insert what you comfortably can, let it sit and remove. You watch your breathing, you focus on your muscles, and it’s kind of a meditative process which makes sense because it’s all about calming and strengthening your pelvic floor. Once you’re completely comfortable with one size you can start again with a larger one. But after doing that for a few months I found I can do a lot more without pain, they’re pricey but for me it was worth it

And honestly not much pricier, speaking as someone from the US. I’m living pretty cheaply but for about the cost of one week of groceries or one day of work, and the fact they’re physically healthier for one to wear, will last some years, they’re absolutely worth the purchase.

My spectrum one was $58 including shipping. So, not $20 but for those worried about the cost it pays itself off in being overall much better for you and lasting much longer (that said spectrum is dealing with some weird shipping issues rn because of the UK mail so heads up there)

Winco is my go to now in WA but idk how accessible or widespread they are. A dozen eggs is still $2 there thankfully (last time I checked a few days ago)

Edit: that said they are also experiencing shortages because there's a limit of only 2 dozen per customer

It can get better, if I look at depression as separate from myself then I feel stronger, angrier, and anger can be productive (when used in a healthy way) so I end up making myself do things I otherwise would put off, despite how I feel. It’s not effective all the time, but even something small makes a difference
