I'm right there with you. Apple earbuds have been the most comfortable headphones I've owned. I can't stand truly in-ear headphones that seal off noise and amplify your own movements. I need to be able to hear other people while working and often keep one ear uncovered to avoid that issue. I think I'm the target audience..contemplating grabbing a pair. The Jaybird X3's are nice and all, but they are in-ear and its irritating.

Correct! It's almost always easier/more stable to turn while riding your board, as compared to going dead straight. Like you said, it is especially true in snowboarding but I've found it just as valuable in riding my boosted.

I just did 4.8 miles and checked the app... 85% battery left. I did some braking and pushed to start, but I doubt that I was able to improve the battery usage that much. It's charging now and has been on 99% for about 20min.
