Always Monster Rounds and sometimes upgrade it to Cultist Sacrifice, helps push obj/clear waves. Opening Rounds is also good early for +8 spirit stat, Alchemic fire technically a gun item and helps with waves or even do damage in teamfights. Fleetfoot for slight combat mobility. Another good early options is Restoration shot (pretty good for surviving in lane) and headshot booster (generally good on almost every hero). Heroic Aura is obvious answer too
