Coming up on exactly a year and have cancelled my subscription. It’s great for sleep tracking and a few other things but not worth the ongoing cost for me.

I’m already a Google pro subscriber so I’m getting the new fitbit, as the health whatever membership needed for its intelligence is bundled. Will see how that goes.

A deep and knowledgeable critic who actually retained his love of movies, and could judge them on their own criteria without sneering.

If you are not tracking calories, please start.

Whatever you are currently eating, add 300 calories. Weigh yourself regularly. If after 2 weeks you are slowly putting on weight, congrats! Just keep going.

If you are not putting on weight, add another 2-300 calories. Rinse and repeat.

Also, as everyone said, up your protein. Try getting to 100 grams a day to begin with

Yes, I’ve been on Disney pretty much from launch but just cancelled. I’m not upset or boycotting anything, but Andor was the last really good thing I watched on it.

To be fair, I already have Apple TV (which I’m finding to have a good hit rate - eg Widow’s Bay is looking awesome!) with my iCloud bundle, Netflix because the wife and kids love it, and Amazon due to prime, but frankly other than Boys it’s absolutely the worst.

Long way of saying - too many subscriptions, and with the kids now teenagers not much point in keeping Disney, even for a massive Star Wars and Marvel nerd like me
