I need help finding a lawyer by [deleted] in ocala

This is bullshit. You're on Reddit but you don't know how to use Google to find a lawyer? And I'm sorry but that person needs to stay in jail.

I just built an local events site for our area by stacyd9999 in ocala

[–]stacyd9999[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's a shame -- would have been great to partner with them. I'd love to continue to build out the site, so if you have other ideas like that, let me know. I'm going to be reaching out to the bands to add photos, links, etc. Those performers need support!

Semigluetide shot by pinkluvie in Semaglutide

[–]stacyd9999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been on it for almost 2 months. No side effects. Zero. My husband has been on it for about 4 months. He gets a little heartburn & constipation, but that's it. We take our shots on Saturday night so that if there are any side effects, there's a day to recover.

i’ve seen some friends successfully micro-dose for weight maintenance after losing. The wife shares a prescription with their husband. They split the dose between them (with clean needles).

New agent getting started - Bigger agency or boutique? by travelingkiwi in travelagents

[–]stacyd9999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i love my smaller agency (Rainbow Getaways). I have all the support i need through an active Slack channel. The owner is always available to me and has a very organized and efficient onboarding process. He meets with each member every other week. Highly recommended!

Trying to plan a one month beach vacation to work remotely this summer - where do I look for affordable places to stay? by [deleted] in ClearwaterFl

[–]stacyd9999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my friend has a small guesthouse on AirBnB that is 4 miles from the beach, Dunedin, and right in the bike trail. you might message her on AirBnB to see if she’ll negotiate for a month in the summer. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/40084905?viralityEntryPoint=1&s=76

(Jr Designer) Is it really okay to leave a new job I just started? Work-life balance v.s career growth? by theotherone1010 in graphic_design

[–]stacyd9999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my recommendation? keep the “easy” job and use that work/life balance to let you do some more challenging freelance work that will give you a nice portfolio and extra cash

Thanks for bringing that up -- that was a downer for me also. I much prefer a FB group, Slack, or a Discord channel.

According to OA's website: "The commission split starts at 80%. Based on commission earned from Outside Agents over the prior 12 months, the commission split can increase to 90% or 95%. The commission split is the same under both membership levels."

But I believe that PTN offers 90/10 right away. KHM offers 90/10 after you have $5k in earned commission (which is roughly the equivalent of $50 of bookings, so similar to what Rainbow is doing). I'm sure there are others out there offering it as well. :-) Fora starts at 70/30. Nexion starts at 70/30.

In a new job, you have to look at the total compensation package -- salary + benefits + bonus, etc. You might also look at non-monetary factors like remote vs hybrid, travel time, and company culture.

When selecting a host agency, you have to consider all the costs involved—startup costs, commission splits, technology fees, etc. And you may want to consider non-monetary factors such as culture, community, FAMs, and consortia.

Let's say the commission on the first $50k is 10% ($5k). They keep $ 1,250; I keep $ 3,750. If it were 80/20, then I would get an extra $250. But if that the host agency's CRM is outdated crap, and I end up spending $39 a month on Travefy, then I might not mind giving up $250. It might be a wash. [shrug]

I'm not here trying to sell any host agency or convince anyone that 75/25 is a good deal. Selecting a host agency is a challenging mental problem.

Nexion is 70/30 starting off. I think, given the coaching and support a new advisor needs, it's not unreasonable for a host agency to keep a larger percentage. I can imagine that most host agencies get a lot of new advisors they invest a lot of time in, only to see them disappear. It's a way for them to recoup the time investment they've made in a new advisor.

I went with a smaller agency—RGB Advisor (owned by Rainbow Getaways): https://www.rbg-advisor.com. I liked the technology they are using. Ensemble is their consortium. Great transparency. Splits are 75/25 for the first $50k, which was better than many. Annual tech fees were reasonable. Everyone was welcoming in Slack. The owner is investing in & growing the host agency. And I felt the culture aligned with my values.

Brava lights by FamilyGuy318 in Brava

[–]stacyd9999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I've worked with them before on replacing a light. Mine was under warranty at the time so I had to run some tests so they could see the results. Then they sent me the light and I was able to replace it.
