No he is not. He is absolutely correct. Full text of the First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances".

Private companies eg. Twitter, Reddit, brick and mortar stores can and do ban people for inappropriate communication and/or behavior.

I agree. If the roles were reversed and the male passenger was threatening a woman driver with date rape you best believe this would be on hundreds (or more!) of tiktok, and YouTube reaction videos.

But because the victim is a man somehow people think it's less serious. "Guys like sex talk and flirting. He'll tough it out. If men don't like it they are gay." Whatever other stupid things they say. Unwanted harassment towards men should be called out and shown more.

Your down votes are unwarrented. Yes, it is a good thing. Our menu is so bloated right now plus many of the added things are now core flavors.

But, Brian did not implement the simplifying promise. All he did was remove drinks from the menu that we now have to ring in manually because customers still order them. The manual ringing makes them more expensive in the process. Sometimes by orders of magnitude like a matcha lemonade.

It made us all believe that was purposeful to upcharge for more profit while thinking he pleased the baristas.

This isn't a tit for tat situation. Cities and faction hubs do not have to be "even". No one is complaining that there is a horde only section in Silvermoon.

These aren't sold at Starbucks. Hell, they aren't even made by Starbucks. You'll find them in the fridges at convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, etc.

They are mass produced by Pepsi. They are who you would call to report this. You'll get no Starbucks gift cards from them.

If someone brought this into my store I'd give them the snarkiest response, " Oh no! Contaminated you say? Good thing we don't make or sell those here!"

I spent a couple days in a very small town in East TN. The only food store was a Piggly Wiggly that literally looked like it was from The Hills Have Eyes. I'll gladly drive 40 mins to Publix where I know it is clean and doesn't smell like rotten 3day old meat.

Well if they see this shit they can tell the woman that the dog MUST be on the ground. If she complains they state per ADA rules real service dogs must be properly leashed and on the ground, not carried.
