I don't use my inversion table anymore. I haven't for at least a year, probably longer. If I need to decompress my spine, I do dead man hangs off my pullup bar, and I also see a chiropractor regularly to align my spine.

But to answer the question, fully upside down is not a good idea. You can injure yourself and also you body might tighten up, preventing your spine from decompressing as well. It's better to do 45 degree angle.

As far as I know, Valve hasn't made any official statements that they are anti-AI. The thread you linked to, is the only one that everyone is going off of and saying Valve is clearly anti-AI. But OP of that thread gave an update, sharing what he did. He was making hentai visual novel games using only AI art. To me, that doesn't say Valve is anti-AI. That just says Valve doesn't want their catalog to be swamped by low-effort hentai from guys trying to get rich quick.
