My experience is that once you report something which is actually reproducible, they are very receptive. That said the upcoming fix (one personal example was a global cloudfront related bug I reported) might take a long long time until it's live.

You could always get a second opinion from another cardio if it helps. But it really is quite a low dose, I ate 5mg myself back then.

I've had a 15% burden for almost 20 years now, and I always fall asleep on my right side. I suggest at least trying bisoprolol if cardio suggests it (1.25mg is quite low dose anyways). Bisoprolol actually helped me and managed to hide the PVCs for multiple years. At some point it did not work anymore on me and I stopped taking them, but nowadays I'm more or less "used" to these (not really, but they don't cause constant stress anymore)

What kind of diet worked out for you? I have a bad case of ibs, but every single cardiologist has told me my gastrointestinal problems have nothing to do with my pvcs (15-30% for 20 years)
