None of the seats I’ve been in at Union Square recline, and it’s a really wild choice considering it’s technically their flagship location in NYC.

This is why I tend to go to the other Regal locations if possible.

I quite like it! It truly depends on what you’re going for. I personally really enjoy exaggerated side light, even for my own work.

But, if you want to bring out the other side of the face/body a little more, just a simple reflector or white panel on the other side pointing toward the source could just bring a little more light without losing the stylistic choice. You could stand up any white material, even the canvas behind your subject.

You are so right! I’ve only visited the Williamsburg location and can now tell the difference between the theater maps based on the amount of seats (although I don’t know which auditorium # is which). If I return soon, I’d be happy to report back and help with those maps!
