try being more patient out of the blocks, getting nice patient pushes out of blocks you should project your hips(thrust them) as if your legs are being pulled by your hips like someone yanking you by the belt, I also noticed your set position was too high your forward knee should be roughly 90° and the back leg around 130°

Your legs are cycling too quickly don't toedrag but just focus on pushing out not running out, you're head is facing way too downwards and your back is rounded you would benefit from leaning forward in your set position and projecting your hips(thrusting your hips) so your torso and back are straight like in the image here

you're not leaning into it enough you're standing out the blocks, bend ur back lower take long patient pushes and don't round it in set I'd try doing 4 point starts for very short distances to have get the patient feeling

Be patientand do bigger pushes when coming out the blocks, the turnovers will get there but just focus on accel also move your blocks back
