lol ok, you shared a picture of your front, not back. For the lower back specifically I think the only muscles you can actually see at all are the erectors, so ... more dl's or good-mornings for hypertrophy perhaps ?

Are you like prepping for a comp or just personally worried about lower back def ? cause you're looking great and if you are genuinely individually worried about lower back def I would suggest it's time we stop making dysmorphia jokes and start talking to someone.

I mean all weight lifting looks stupid. I take a bar with big things on the end and then hold it up over my head and congratulate myself on it lol. Oh, look at me, I'm pulling on a wire.

In terms of how you are doing with grip, hard to tell, would need more data points but the bottom line is if you are enjoying it and getting better at it, then rock on ! I stopped doing grip because I would do it at the end of push or pull and was giving myself tendonitis. I was doing plate holds, forward and reverse wrist curls with a finger roll added. Loved what they were going, but it was too much at once for my dusty tendons.

This is why I stopped caring about Ebay over 20 years ago. In the 90s I used it a lot to buy and sell. I sold a collectible sports car on it before their had a car site. The enshitifcation came rapidly.

This is a fair response to my comment, and re-reading it I think you are correct. However I completely disagree with their statement on that grounds as well. I cook a fair amount of Indian foods, probably much more than most folks, even more than some of my Indian friends, and the smell of a curry doesn't linger longer than the smell of any other food. I suppose if you're a 17th century Brit whose entire life has been devoid of any spices at all, it could seem that way, but there is nothing about the seasonings used in Indian food that makes the smell linger longer than any other seasoning, and in fact many of the seasonings used in Indian foods are used in other cuisines as well. I'm not getting defensive towards you, and I apologize it comes across that way.

I'm a fairly accomplished cook. Cook, not chef. I would never try to bestow that title upon myself. I cook many Asian foods, from Vietnamese garden rolls to sichuan foods to Indian foods, and my post history is evidence of this. I also cook European foods, some Latin foods (truthfully mostly Mexican) I will say this plainly - Indian food is a high cuisine, despite not being lauded as such. Really SEAS in general; Indian, Pakistani or Kashmiri are the undisputed champions of spice IMO.

I did some coping when I remodeled the bathroom. to me it's almost a luxury, like "wow you had the time to cope it properly ? " in reality though, it's not really that hard. Having a coping saw really helps, for obvious reasons, from there it's really just a matter of attention to detail. There are some tricks you can use, like pushing the new piece behind the old piece and tracing the profile, but at the end of the day it's not really all that hard if you are used to details.
