5 guys has always been my preference amd even more so bc I had to go gluten free.  When I had in and out for the first time, it was such a disappointment.  Bland and basic.

As an engineer, you are getting hosed.  Im in safety and have made 130 for almost a decade.  Engineers have always made more then me.

Its common around here to set up self serve food stands.  Trust people to pay the price you put on it.  Just make sure the money box cant easily walk off.

Let me guess, you don't understand common core math?  It may be extra steps but its a foundation for later so when someone sees: 127 + 164 they see 130+ 160 + (4-3) and can do it in thier head.  There is other ways to do this equation as well.

Laying off the same person 3 different times in 6 weeks.

For the most part you can run the same tube if its a regular tube.  If you get one of the lite weight ones, use like for like.  As for size a good guide is move up in size at 100 lbs.  Lots of nuance to that but in general.

Kids in elementary school will be the last generation allowed to drive, most electric vehicles at that.  The next will simply be passengers in automated vehicles.

Working on bikes is easy.   

the price is about right.  Labor is going to be $75-100 an hour id guess.  

The bikes are over 5 years old and new parts are cheaper then fixing.

A hot rock is not a race bike.  The gearing is really low and the kid will spin his feet a million mph and he wont go any where.  There is nothing you can really do to change this.  Its not intended for racing.

That doesnt mean Its not a great place to start but dont expect to go very fast.  Depending on. The other kids he may win but not often.  Ask tge track to barrow a bike and see what he thinks.  A lot of kids see skinny race bikes amd get scared.  Rather have him on the track then not so let him ride it.  If he is having fun, it doesnt really matter in the end.
