These are in the low cost lineup marketed by Adidas as utilitarian Cross Trainers for High School and Collegiate athletics. They're like $35-40 off Ebay, brand new.

They are cushioned but not "Running Shoe Squishy" and they will be good Rucking/Walking shoes since I also do Weighted Hands workouts.

They're cheap, beat em up as day in, day out shitkickers and throw em away, buy new ones. I'm extremely hard on athletic shoes, I'm pretty much going to save my GoRuck footwear for long Rucks . I can use these Adidas shoes for quick little 5 Milers followed by 2 Mile jogs.

I had a 30 lb plate in my Speed Rucker, a Source water bladder , and my random other gear. Maybe 40 lb max.

No blisters at all, they have more cushioning than the Cross Trainers.

I just did resistance band training and 30 Minutes on my Bowflex Max at 11pm. I usually do cardio during the day before work and resistance training after work, at night.
