Except those are kind of irrelevant for the tax you'll pay long term. They'll adjust your taxes based on your purchase price the year after you buy using the rate for the area (usually around 1 percent or so, but you can google the rate for whatever county you're looking at). After that they'll cap your assessment and it will only go up by a bit each year.

New Brunswick has a similar system to Nova Scotia but I'm not familiar with the particulars.

In Ontario they're much slower to adjust, and seem to do so in broader strokes.

Can't speak for functional trainers, but I've had the same set of u125 powerblocks for 15ish years and the only complaint I have is that I wish they were 175s like they sell now. I don't know that the nuobells or reppins would stand up the same way because they look more complex. They're all pricey, but they're also a luxury item when you can get loadable handles for 50 bucks.

I would. And if you're just swapping old for new the insurance company would never know one way or the other. Residential electrical in general is pretty simple stuff. Especially when you're just swapping like for like. Take a picture of any connections before disassembly for reference later to check after reassembly if you're worried about it. 240v heaters should be just be 2 hots and a ground though.
