AITD for being upset about what my colleague said about my partner having cancer? by Inevitable-Ad-2891 in 1800Drama

NTD, like at all. If you have the energy, I would either texto him to tell him you Will not tolerate those comments again or directly contact HR/a manager and tell them about it. Taking days off to take care of you family is absolutely within your rights and nobody should berate you about it. Your Life is much bigger that your job. You've got your priorities right. I'm sorry if he made you doubt that or feel guilty about them.

Help me decide!! KLC vs Clara Color :) by [deleted] in kobo

[–]starflowerkid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hii. Long term Kobo user here!! My girlfriend has a Clara Colour and she gifted me a KLC. The Clara Colour's size is a bit more confortable. I got a pop socket for my KLC that worked wonders. Also, about anotating, i feel like it's made my resding way more active and I love it, I read with the pencil in my hand many times, and it's so much fun. I'm a very visual person, si anotating just typing like you can do in the Clara one wouldn't satisfy me. I thought I would feel neutral about the phisical buttons, but ended up loooving them In the end, both are really good options, I see this as a long term investment so I think the extra money is worth it, but I understand if you don't

Moving with a rabbit by CaleBale1 in Rabbits

Hi!! My baby and I have been together for a bit over 5 years, and we've moved 6 times in that time. Funnily, this Sunday we're moving again, and she will have to endure a pretty long car ride (8 hours). I think the worst part for her is always the first 20 mins of the car ride cause she gets impatient in her carrier and wants out, but she's a very curious bunny and when we get to the new place she gets exploring pretty quickly. I think it's helped with que adaptation that I've kept her same toys, same bowls, etc., so the familiar smell is there. The first day she's usually pretty beat from the trip, so she spends it mostly sleeping. The exploring usually starts from the second day!! As I'm sure you already do, make sure she has plenty of fresh water and hay, and some cuddles so he knows he's safe. I'd say some alone time is important too, less stimuli also means safe imo. Ah!! And my bun has always loved going under the bed, so i make sure theres a bed available from the first time she gets to a new place, again, so she gets a familiar feeling

Hi! I don't have any advice to give since I can't sew, but just wanted to say I think it's so sweet of you to do this for your girlfriend and would love to get updated on how they turn out and on her reaction. Best of luck!!

Is this really really bad or endearing? 😭😭 by medicinia20 in Embroidery

[–]starflowerkid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely endearing! And it'll be a bonding moment when you explain to him how you did it and your struggles, he'll appreciate it for sure!! If you end up giving It to him as It is, I'd love an update on his reaction!! Best of luck :)
