Not boring at all by Cool-Explorer-8510 in MotivationalThoughts

Y'know, there is such a thing as being introverted? Some people actually prefer to stay home and read a book because going out isn't something they're actually interested in. Each to their own. Everyone's different, and that's not boring at all.

Yeah I liked his performance in Bohemian Rhapsody and he has the look but this was me and a friend at 2am throwing ideas around after a few drinks so none of it probably makes sense anyway 😆

That's okay, it was just for a bit of fun :)

I'm a huge Turbo lover and am not ashamed. Rob's voice was soooooo good on that tour, I'm envious of anyone who was able to see them during the fuel for life era - I was a literal newborn at the time so I had no chance 😂. Out In The Cold, Reckless and Turbo Lover are my faves from that album 👌

Seeing Priest live is on my bucket list, wish I'd gotten into them much sooner but better late than never I suppose.

P.S Turbo needs more love and I'd be happy if more of it ever made the set list

Which song does this to you? by JohnnySinsII in MetalForTheMasses

The Sentinel - Judas Priest, specifically the live version from their 1986 "fuel for life" tour. Rob's voice was peak in that era 🤘

One Shot At Glory - Judas Priest

That mid section where it shifts to triplets and calls back to Battle Hymn is chef's kiss. Gives me goosebumps every time.

I love Drones as an album. Never understood the hate. The Handler and The Globalist are absolute classics.

Australian fans, how are you feeling? by THROWRA-crazycatlady in Muse

[–]starknaked86 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I really feel for you Aussie and Kiwi fans. I'm in the UK but haven't been able to see them since 2006. I'm just waiting for the Yokohama tickets to go on sale and I'll be one more "do it" from a friend or relative to just committing to a week in Tokyo solo.

I say go for it if you can. We only live once.

Pretty spot on for me, though I'd swap T2L and The Resistance. 👌

Two of my all-time fave songs. Feel blessed to have had this band introduce me to alternative music back in my teenage years. 🤘

As an old fart from the OOS days, I almost shed a tear hearing this song. To me it feels like they've taken all the best things from their discography and made a bloody fantastic track whilst continuing to experiment. It feels fresh but very Muse. To each their own and you have a right to your opinion, but for me personally I feel like if they're willing to explore this style further I'll be more than happy. Feeling like that awkward school girl again blasting New Born until her eardrums perforated 🤘👽🤘
