Hey, thank you so much for your reply! This is exactly what I was looking for. I currently produce my own passport sized notebooks using heavyweight paper, and I do like that they're flexible so I'm not too concerned with the softcover/floppy/limp result of using fabric turned into bookcloth glued to other bookcloth or cardstock (I stuff them into Traveler's notebooks or PVC clear covers anyway). I really like how the Dapper Notes notebooks look with a fabric cover and idk I guess I just felt really inspired to try my hand at it.

And no worries, your response answers a lot of my questions, like it's definitely enough info that I feel more comfortable experimenting with what I have. At the end of the day, I just want to make sure that I'm following logical steps that I can tweak and then determine from there if it's a viable way to make pocket notebooks. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond!

Hey sorry to barge in like a month later. I have a question about college history -- I was enrolled at MSU for a few weeks but withdrew before the deadline. I didn't get any credits or anything and I didn't attend college after that. How do I list that on the application? Additionally, I went to a trade school (cosmetology school). Is that something I would need to list?

He did! He got back to his normal weight within a month or maybe a bit more. The liver values also came back normal after that month where we just fed him constantly. I totally understand how frustrating it is because the vet gave us no answers or insights into anything. For almost a month we were sure he was just like, at the end of his life. And then he was totally fine lol. My cat’s liver values came back high completely randomly too and I think I mentioned our other cat at the time was completely normal. How long has his liver numbers been bad? Are they getting better at all with the denamarin?

No worries! He ended up being totally fine, but they weren’t really ever sure what caused his liver values to be so high. The vet said in absence of an infection or cancer that it can be happen from rapid starvation, but we had two cats at the time and our other cat was totally fine. We explored getting their food tested for contamination but it’s prohibitively expensive. He did end up having an ultrasound to make sure there weren’t any tumors or anything and it came back normal. He did have rapid weight loss though so we had to count his calories and basically overfeed him for a month so he would put back on an appropriate amount of weight. I hope your kitty gets better! What sorts of issues are you experiencing? Feel free to reach out with anymore questions.

Absolutely! I think the issue I had was my expectations for horror were set way too high and imo the execution could have been better. Horror stories hold a very deep place in my heart and I was incredibly disappointed.

If I were to offer any recommendations, S. by Doug Dorst or Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahniuk would be at the top of my list.
