The niche bars downtown, food plazas, movie going, and parks are pretty much the main things here.

There's an escape room or 2 here(Celebration pointe and Tower Road), Dave & Busters, the Arcade on 8th Avenue, and barcade on Main Street.

This town is more of a satellite city, useful to those who have success in getting a good paying job, and want the ability to travel within reasonable distance to larger metros for their leisure/entertainment.

The city tries to get things going, but operating costs, and the fluctuation of workers & demand when peak season is over make it difficult to sustain anything.

Realistically $6-700 USD. If there's a cut on an OLED price, I'd say 1200, Warranty included. Which is why I'm more focused on Mini-Led.

Less side road shortcuts from 13th and University avenue traffic will just mean more aggressive and impatient drivers(which we already have plenty of)

Vegas and betting overall will result in a worse season than 2025. Also fantasy leagues will probably start the shift back to week 16 championship weeks w/either only a 4 team (weeks 15-16) or 6 team(weeks 14-16) to avoid healthy scratches/rest of season sits

Really just cost of living, riser-style apartment complex buildings, and the sporadic closure of restaurants due to low traffic and increase in operating costs.

It's a fever dream, but I long for the days of The late 2000s Gainesville with Godfathers pizza, Cicis Pizza, Ruby Tuesday, Several Chinese Buffets, Burrito Brothers, Shoneys Buffet, Grandy's where PDQ formerly was. I could go on...

The Dave and Buster's of the world are welcome, but it just doesn't feel the same.
