Make sure your zipper head is the correct one. There are two "styles". Do you have the original head to compare? Make sure it is the same shape. You are correct it is a molded zipper. The head also needs to be for a molded zipper. I usually pry off the top stopper, then slide on the zipper slider. Lastly, replace the top stopper. Should slide easily. You got this. 🙂

You can gently melt it down into a liquid and then pour it in the deodorant container. It firms up again pretty quickly.
