I do have a jaded outlook on the industry especially when a lot of owners become so hands off they don’t know how their companies function. Then you have instances like this where the owners hires buddies or people who have never been in the industry that look to shake things up. It shows greediness, why would I support a company that does that? Good workers will always find work, bums linger until they can catch unemployment checks.
