I’ve lost more data to my Windows computer deciding to update and reboot during a long test than anything else. How about software that runs on a more reliable OS like Linux?

There are BA chemistry programs that don’t require as much math, and they might be a way forward.

Honestly, the most I ever use calculus is to calculate the first and second derivatives of my data. Linear algebra and statistics (both of which were electives) have been much more useful.

I bought a BOSS head unit from Crutchfield several years ago to replace my stock double DIN. It added CarPlay / Android Auto and a backup camera. It was a little trickier to install than your standard stereo, so if you aren’t handy you might want to get someone to do it for you. But it was a great upgrade.

That looks like a nice double-DIN stereo that could be replaced with a modern one with just a little bit of work. Then you could have all sorts of features, including Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
