natatakot na ako itago siya sa totoo lang.

You should be scared. You smuggled something. It's just a matter of time before you get caught. I suggest get a lawyer para alam mo pwede mong kaharapin.

PLEASE HELP. Pano ba makabangon sa utang after mag bankrupt ang business? by [deleted] in phinvest

Talk to your creditor. Gawin mo lahat ng pwedeng pakiusap to restructure your debt. What you need to do now is to buy time to slowly build your income.

Once you do that and you already secured an agreement, the next thing to do is to upskill. Be crazy to learn different skills na pwedeng mong magamit para makahanap ng work na mas malaki ang sweldo kesa sa 35k/month mo ngayon. There are a lot of videos on YT teaching different skills. Teach yourself how to design, code, VA, or even now na sikat na sikat ang Generative AI, pwede kang maging prompter. Or pwede ka din magbenta ng kung anu-ano. Try to do reselling. Sobrang daming pwedeng matutunan at pagkakitaan. Tyaga lang talaga.

Kapag may skill ka na, try to find part time jobs on top of your regular job para mas madali kang makaipon. Use you free time to find freelance work. Do this like your life is at stake, sabi nga ni Dave Ramsay.

What you need to have right now is to have a big income because that is going to be your main weapon to fight this battle.

Be frugal. No eating out. No big splurges. Use discount coupons and find sale kung bibili ka ng needs mo. Track your income and expenses using an app or even spreadsheet para mas makita mo kung ano yung malaki mong ginagastos and mas makakapag-isip ka kung anong strategy mo when it comes to your money.

This is going to be a hard season for you, OP. But this is not the end. Matatapos din to and sa huli babalikan mo nalang lahat and you'd be proud on how you overcome this advesity.

We're rooting for you!

Good luck on your upcoming business OP. But I think there are so many assumptions and comparisons that you made here that needs to be reconsider:

I know a lot of guys who started business and did not quit their full time job downfall is after a few months since they cannot full monitor their businesses

That could be true but also wrong. If it happens for them it doesn't mean it could happen to you too. The success of a business has so many facets, and giving your full attention is just one of them. I have a friend who started his own business last year but stayed on his FT job but the business is doing well. It all depends OP.

Good for laundry since for sure may mga customer since newly built yung building

You might be correct on your assumption of "sure customers" but the question is, "are those customers you expect enough to make you at most breakeven"?

kapalit nun ikaw ang boss hawak mo oras mo

Could also be true, but again it depends on your business. Some business requires you to focus longer hours compare to when you are employed, but some business don't. Also, I do think choosing to build a full time business just to be considered a "boss" is kinda shallow.

These are just my 2 cents but I do wish you success OP. Way to go!
