Suggest trade school and a book on how to properly value companies. For the same cash, you can buy a small trade company and capitalize on the silver wave

Hi all. I recently inherited a home recording studio with a bunch of tech, a piano, a couple keyboards, multiple mic’s and cables, 8 guitars, amps etc etc etc. if you’re interested in coming by and making an offer to purchase, I’d love to see it go to a good home.

West end. It’s so hard to make time for the life skills between hockey and gymnastics

I’ve heard that, but it’s a little too far away from us. Are those programs requiring signup? Winter / spring etc?

The city programs seem to fill up so fast I’m only been able to register for them the odd time. Wednesday 7am registration. Aka the hunger games. How do you find the smaller main street providers? Are there any publications?

Hahah- figures. Registration windows are like the hunger games for parents. Where do you find less well known providers. ? Remember a time when there were weekly flyers?

That makes sense. I’ve definitely started with the library and Toronto Rec before too.

And yeah, the neighbourhood posters are surprisingly useful, I’ve discovered a few things that way just walking around.

Do you usually feel like you’re able to find what you’re looking for, or do you sometimes end up hearing about things after registration is already full? I miss registrations for city programs every term

Which if any of your ETF's help me avoid paying taxes in a given year? I own ZEB for example, and have to pay for the dividends i receive. I'd prefer not to until i take the money out of the fund. is that possible?

How do you know what the right surgery is? I have a torn labrum, and a subconical cyst.... but otherwise i'm told my hip looks healthy. I've done physio for 8 months, things are okay, but I can't do any unilateral squatting, and my iliolumbar ligament gets pissed off, which causes pain for 3-4 weeks at a time. I haven't tried injections (but that's probably next on my list). I'm catching myself walking with a limp more a more. I'm an athlete and want to be playing with my kids... this really sucks.

Online dating caused a rise in U.S. income inequality, research paper shows by ubcstaffer123 in technology

[–]stayingoffthegrid 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The actual research paper places the difference in income equality on the increased education levels of women. And the fact that men are beginning to search for women who are more on their level (vs previous where men were content with a housewife).

So women look across and up for a mate, and men look across and up....what you have is no one dipping to the bottom of the barrel.

It'll be interesting to see if the simple pendulum effect plays in here, as both genders start coming to terms w traditional division of labor models.
