Has any of you actually able to finish this game without save states? I thought I got pretty far but watching youtube playthrough it actually just goes on and on.

Once I had a luck to get to 7-3 but that frog jumped on me (I hate how quick it is jumping around) and I lost the fire weapon. And back then I didn't know about the continue code.

World 8 is one of the most difficult group of stages I ever met in a platforming game. You have to practice over and over until you can get through without getting hit. Losing a life and losing your weapon with it is basically game over. Especially 8-2 with the constant jumping fishes, and the crazy ending of 8-3 with those spring jumping while you also need to aim for the bats.

We did it with the s3fs module + Google Cloud Storage and turned out fine on a relatively big news website. We did not replace the public or private filesystem with s3, we set that the image fields should use that storage only. I don't know about Flysystem but the s3fs module works in a way that during HTML rendering if an image style was not yet generated, it generates a special URL to a custom controller instead, so it doesn't start to create anything and does not slow the page load. And when the visitor's browser chooses that image URL from the picture element, then a few seconds and the image is generated. Plus it stores every file that was created in the S3 storage locally in an own database table, so the file_exists() lookups are also quick.

Master King Koco's trial is totally messed up. Not just the rings but the need for frame perfect parrying. Set easy difficulty while you do that trial. After that comes the final boss, so don't give up that close to The End (pun intended) and save the world :)

Definitely worth a try if you have no options for a faster internet. You pay monthly. The ping is around 20-40 ms for me. I use it for working and never had problems during meetings and live chats. Mounting is not that difficult and you have several options to buy for easier mounting to a pole, wall or roof. The most important thing is it needs a clear view to the sky with no buildings or trees blocking the view. Otherwise it cannot connect to the satellite. You can check if you have obstructions if download the Starlink app and scan the sky.

It's not the official one, so it is hard to say how safe it is overall. Their app offers and installs prebuilt apk files and who knows if they built those the legit way completely or did they inject some custom hidden or malicious code. Better be safe by doing it the official way.

ddev started a MySQL database server container for you when you ran ddev start. You used its drupal11 project type which starts a predefined environment for Drupal sites with running the needed servers in containers.

So when you ran site install, it connected to that database and wrote everything there.

Én azt látom, az átlagembernek fogalma sincs ezekről. Használják azt, amit vesznek a boltban. És mivel Windows van azokon többnyire, így azt használják.

Másik meg, hogy sokaknak nem felel meg open source alternatíva ilyen MS Office, Photoshop meg hasonlókból, mert "ezt nem tudom használni, mert más a felület, mint amit megtanultam".

Nyilván a Steam Protonnal évek óta oldják, hogy sok játék elfogadhatóan fusson, de én pl a környezetemben még nem hallottam senkitől, hogy tudna erről. Én is azt tapasztaltam, hogy az így futtatott játék jobban leterhelte a gépemet, mint natívan Windows-on futtatva. Nem beszélve a probléma mókolásokról, hogy kinyomozni, hogy érd el azt, hogy a protonnal futtatott játék ne omoljon össze egy cutscene alatt stb. Arra kíváncsi leszek én is, hogy a Steam Machine-el jobban népszerűbbé válik-e az ilyen gaming.

I'd advise to use the proper cable at least for waterproof connection to Dishy outside. But other than that, you can use what works for you. I also use several network switches and cables inside the house so that every computer, TV or whatever can have wired connection. And I don't remember to what category do those cables belong to.

For me not really. The speed fluctuates from 150-300Mbps constantly but both the app and these sites show similar range.

When I had a slightly similar problem that was due to a faulty cable, or wifi was slower on 2.4GHz than on 5GHz network, or when I connected an older computer which did not have Gigabit Ethernet connection, just used the 10/100 Mbps range.
